Shipping Policy

Kaly Wears ships from the UK, US, Nigeria, and Canada. The courier and estimated delivery time shown at checkout depend on your delivery address and which of our locations is fulfilling your order.

Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email once your order ships.

Delivery times vary by destination and courier, and are shown at checkout before you pay. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing and courier delays can occasionally add extra time to international deliveries.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart, and is shown in full before you confirm your order.

Some products aren't yet available to ship to every country we serve — if an item in your cart can't be delivered to your selected destination, we'll flag it in your cart before checkout so you can adjust your order.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in our shipping charge.
