You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Contact us via our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange instead, subject to availability.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
